Valencia Tourism recently executed a brilliant marketing campaign that brought the essence of their vibrant city to shopping centres in Nola (NA) and Carugate (MI), Italy. The events, held on 17th February 2018 in Nola's Vulcano Buono and 24-25th February 2018 in Carugate's Carosello, transformed the shopping experience into a cultural journey.
Our Project
The meticulously crafted booth featured golden oranges, symbolising Valencia's citrus heritage, and beach loungers, inviting visitors to relax on the city's pristine shores. A talented painter captured Valencia's iconic landscapes using traditional Spanish techniques, showcasing the city's rich cultural tapestry.
The campaign's highlight was an immersive virtual reality tour of Valencia, where visitors donned special equipment to explore the city's winding streets, historic landmarks, and sun-drenched beaches. This use of cutting-edge technology allowed potential tourists to preview their dream holiday, positioning Valencia as a must-visit destination.
Outcome
The success of this territorial marketing campaign rekindled Italian interest in Valencia as a prime tourist destination, leaving the client overjoyed with the results.
