When London-based events agency THRSXTY partnered with us for the Milan leg of Tequila Patron's European road show, the goal was clear: create an unforgettable experience that seamlessly blends the brand’s spirit with Milanese sophistication.

Our Project

The first step was securing a venue that reflected both the elegance of Milan and the vibrancy of Patron. With the perfect location confirmed, we managed all technical equipment and designed eye-catching graphics to set the stage for an extraordinary event. The team of professional hostesses we hired ensured smooth operations, while our team navigated the intricacies of obtaining permits for a large-scale public event. Upon arrival, guests were greeted with a custom Art of Patron cocktail, setting the tone for an evening of exceptional mixology. The open bar featured a diverse array of Patron-based drinks, encouraging attendees to explore the versatility of tequila. The event's centrepiece was the four bar stations, manned by Italy's premier bartenders: Gian Paolo di Pierro, Salvatore Scamardella, and Martina Cappetti. These talented mixologists not only prepared drinks but also entertained guests with their skill and creativity. For those eager to learn, a 'Make Your Own Margarita' corner provided VIP guests and influencers the opportunity to master the art of crafting the perfect margarita under the guidance of Patron's brand ambassador. Live art performances added a visual dimension to the event, with Andrew Tosh painting miniature Patron bottles as personalised gifts and Loris Sunda Dogana capturing guests' dreams on a towering two-meter Patron bottle. As the night progressed, VIP guests, bloggers, and influencers participated in an exclusive masterclass led by brand ambassador Adriano Costigliola, followed by a delectable dinner. The remaining attendees danced the night away to the beats of the resident DJ, ensuring the celebration continued in authentic Milan fashion.
