Client Request

We were asked to implement a customised team building project for Cisco System at its Vimercate headquarters. The client wanted to strengthen and encourage connections within the team and promote a more united and collaborative work environment, fostering greater productivity and synergy within the company.

Our Project

The client opted for an innovative form of musical and creative team building: the Drum Circle. This activity proved to be extraordinarily effective in creating a cohesive group through a structured and engaging journey. The experience began with a body percussion warm-up, led by an expert facilitator who was able to motivate and engage the participants.

It then transformed into an exciting "orchestral" activity, culminating in a thrilling musical contest that saw the participants split into subgroups, testing their capacity for collaboration and creativity. The chosen venue was an ancient farmhouse, a true gem of rustic elegance surrounded by a vast green park. This enchanting setting provided the ideal atmosphere to break away from the daily work routine, fostering a deep connection among the participants and maximising the event's effectiveness, making it memorable and unique.

Outcome

This team building initiative proved successful. The participants acknowledged the immeasurable value of listening to each other and the synergy that makes teamwork easier and more effective.
