Team building in style, in the Tuscan countryside

We were asked to craft a unique team building experience for Barilla's global Supply Chain department. The Italian food giant sought an event reflecting their values of sustainability, local heritage, and tradition.

Our Project

We suggested an immersive treasure hunt across three charming towns: San Quirico D'Orcia, Pienza, and Montepulciano.

Sixteen managers and directors gathered in the stunning Val D'Orcia region, celebrated for its rolling hills and scenic beauty. Teams embarked on a morning journey, facing challenges that highlighted the region's landscapes, local delicacies, and cultural traditions.

This approach fostered teamwork and deepened appreciation for the area's offerings. The adventure concluded in Montepulciano with a lunch at the historic Café Poliziano. In the afternoon, participants visited a cheese factory in Pienza, sampling the famous Pecorino cheese.

Outcome

As the day ended, we celebrated the winning team and reflected on the experience with a highlight reel. This event not only strengthened Barilla's global team bonds but also reinforced their commitment to sustainability and tradition.
