World Sustainability Organisation and Retail Leaders Convene in Historic Milan Venue for Groundbreaking Sustainability Event

The World Sustainability Organization (WSO) partnered with our team to bridge the gap between sustainability advocates and retail leaders. The goal was to create a two-day event that would encourage dialogue and collaboration between these key players.
Our Project
We selected a stunning 16th-century building in downtown Milan as the venue for this event. With over 1,700 square meters’s worth of usable space, divided into eight distinct halls, this architectural masterpiece provided the perfect backdrop for discussions on sustainable food production and distribution. The palace's historical significance added an extra layer of gravitas to the innovative ideas being shared.
The event kicked off with a morning reception, followed by a large-scale meeting for 100 participants. As the first day came to a close, excitement built for the one-on-one sessions between WSO representatives and retail executives scheduled for the following afternoon. These sessions were designed to facilitate direct communication and collaboration on critical sustainability issues. In addition to securing the ideal venue, we also curated a gastronomic experience that complemented the event's theme and setting.
The menu featured local, sustainable ingredients, taking attendees on a culinary journey that aligned with the sustainability ethos. To ensure smooth communication among the international attendees, we provided live translation services, breaking down language barriers and enabling the free flow of ideas and collaborations.

This bespoke approach to event management exceeded our client's expectations, fostering an environment where sustainability initiatives could take root in the global retail industry.
