Boston Consulting approached us for a team building activity for their international team. We wanted to create something quintessentially Italian, that our American guests could enjoy and associate with the pleasure of travelling to our country.

Our Project

We delivered an extraordinary experience celebrating the 500th anniversary of Leonardo da Vinci's passing. The bespoke 'Leonardo's Secret' adventure took participants on a treasure hunt through Milan, challenging them with da Vinci-themed trials that tested their problem-solving skills.

For many American participants, this was their first encounter with Milan. The treasure hunt provided an engaging way to explore the city while fostering teamwork. From decoding mirror writing to solving mechanical puzzles, each challenge reflected Leonardo's multifaceted genius, encouraging participants to think creatively and collaborate. The day concluded at an iconic restaurant in the fashion district, where teams enjoyed Milanese cuisine and an awards ceremony featuring an Enigma Game honouring Leonardo's inventive spirit.
