Luxury Farmhouse Venue Hosts Successful Team-Building and Strategy Sessions for Global Solar Company

Canadian Solar, a long-standing client, approached our agency to organise their annual corporate retreat. We needed to find a spacious, well-equipped venue near Milan, surrounded by beautiful natural landscape, capable of hosting their international team for a three-day meeting.

Our Project

Our solution was a stunning 17th-century farmhouse, carefully restored to combine rustic charm with modern amenities. Located at the foot of picturesque hills, this venue provided the ideal balance of work and leisure spaces.

The pre-alpine vegetation surrounding the property created a beautiful backdrop for productive meetings and team-building activities. Coordinating transfers to this secluded location was a challenge, but the result was well worth the effort. The spacious interiors allowed for seamless transitions between working sessions and engaging team activities. We curated two memorable evenings with fun team-building games: a thrilling murder mystery dinner that had guests playing clever detectives, finding clues and solving a complex case, and a sophisticated wine tasting led by a professional sommelier, perfectly complementing the region's wine-making heritage.

We successfully coordinated three days’ worth of meetings, interspersed with moments of relaxation in one of the most beautiful Italian subregions.
