Near Milan, on the shores of picturesque Lake Como, we designed the perfect mix of work and relaxation for our client, Generali. The goal was to create an incentive trip that would energise a key team, balancing professional development with team-building and leisure.

Our Project

The solution was a luxurious estate on Lake Como, featuring a 1.500 square metre spa, an exclusive restaurant, and elegant accommodations. This serene setting was perfect for a corporate retreat focused on revitalising team dynamics and inspiring creativity. The programme started with a productive meeting in the estate's conference room, setting the business tone. What followed truly set this getaway apart: a cocktail challenge. Participants received a mixology crash course before forming teams to create original cocktails. Judged on taste, creativity, and presentation, this friendly competition encouraged collaboration and innovative thinking. As the sun set, the group enjoyed a sumptuous dinner in a glass-walled dining room, surrounded by nature's beauty. The next day, after a restful night and delightful breakfast, we introduced the thrill of curling. Guided by professional instructors, guests formed teams and took to the ice, experiencing the grit, power, and strategy of this unique sport. This activity not only provided excitement but also reinforced teamwork and communication skills.
