Planning the Ultimate Italian Corporate Retreat: From Milan to Naples, via Venice

Siram Veolia approached us to organise a five-day incentive trip across Italy for their executives. The goal was to blend luxury, culture, and team-building into an unforgettable journey through the heart of Italy.

Our Project

The bespoke itinerary started in Milan, with a hotel near the iconic Duomo serving as a stunning base and meeting venue. The group explored the Sforza Castle, enjoyed a private catering experience, and dined at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Piazza della Scala.

Next stop was Bergamo for a company site visit, followed by Venice, where a dinner with lagoon views and an exclusive motorboat tour of the Mose flood barrier project awaited. The final destination was Naples, with rooms offering views of the seafront and Castel dell'Ovo, and a panoramic meeting room. Team-building activities included a guided walking tour of the city centre, a visit to Galleria Borbonica, and a hands-on pizza-making class.
