When Rentokil Initial, a global leader in hygiene and pest control, wanted to add some spice to their team-building efforts, they partnered with us to create a recipe that blended camaraderie, competition, and culinary delight. The result was a mouth-watering adventure in Rome that left participants with a newfound appreciation for collaboration and team effort.

Our Project

Our custom-designed event transported Rentokil Initial's team to a carefully selected venue in central Rome.

This prime location provided the perfect backdrop for our culinary challenge and allowed participants to enjoy the city's iconic sights afterwards. The main ingredient in our team-building menu was a 'team cooking' challenge, designed to bring out the best in team spirit. We split the group into two teams, each led by an expert chef. Their task was to create authentic Italian gelato and a classic Roman dish, fostering both creativity and cooperation in the process.

As the teams put on their aprons and got to work, a delightful mix of teamwork and friendly competition began to simmer. Colleagues who may have only exchanged brief greetings in the office were soon sharing laughs and culinary tips while working together. The chefs' guidance ensured that even the most novice cooks could contribute their unique skills to the team effort.
