When global leader Panduit gathered their team in Milan for an international conference, they wanted to add some Italian flair to their team building activities. Our expert event planners were asked to put together an unforgettable experience that would draw participants together and boost team spirit.
Our Project
The recipe for success? A team cooking challenge that combined Italian culinary tradition with creativity. Each team got a 'mystery box' of premium Made-in-Italy ingredients and had to create three types of finger foods.
The main event was a pasta-making challenge that put their teamwork skills to the test. With the help of our talented chefs, teams kneaded, rolled, and shaped tagliatelle, ravioli, and trofie. The kitchen was buzzing with energy as colleagues from around the world bonded over the universal language of food.
Outcome
The result was a feast of innovative dishes that blended different culinary styles, showing that creativity thrives when people work together.
The jury had a tough time picking a winner, as each team excelled in both culinary creativity and collaborative spirit. This team building exercise was a great break from conference proceedings and gave participants a chance to mingle in a relaxed setting. It proves that sometimes, the best way to build a team is to break bread together.
