Insights from a Luxurious Milan Gala: What We Did for Philip Morris

Philip Morris International wanted to impress their global marketing team with an authentic Milanese gala dinner. The goal was to create a spellbinding evening that showcased Milan's elegance to international guests.
Our Project
The event took place in a refined period palace in central Milan, chosen for its allure, location, and, crucially, for its capacious hall, fit to host 130 guests. This venue perfectly embodied Milanese sophistication. The event design had a bespoke palette, incorporating the turquoise hue of the brand logo, that is also an important part Iqos’s visual identity - Iqos being Philip Morris's popular product that was being marketed on this particular occasion.
Throughout the floral arrangements, lighting, and even the live band's attire, we made ample use of the brand’s main colour. This created a visually cohesive and striking atmosphere. The gala dinner featured a carefully curated menu that highlighted the best of Milanese culinary traditions, designed to leave a lasting impression on the international guests.
Outcome
The event exceeded expectations, with the client praising the exceptional cuisine and captivating live performance. The venue reaffirmed its status as a top-tier location for high-profile events in the city.
