Moleskine, the renowned notebook brand, needed to organise a strategic meeting for its European sales agents. They partnered with us to create an event that reflected their brand's elegance and creativity. The two-day summit, held in Milan's trendy Porta Venezia district, seamlessly combined business and leisure.
Our Project
We chose a prestigious and famous hotel as the event's backdrop, providing a sophisticated atmosphere that perfectly aligned with Moleskine's aesthetic.
The summit began with an evening reception featuring a welcome cocktail and a seated dinner, allowing Moleskine's commercial teams from across Europe to network in a relaxed setting.
The following day was dedicated to an intensive six-hour meeting, the event's main focus. To ensure attendees remained energised throughout the lengthy session, we incorporated rejuvenating breaks, including a sumptuous buffet lunch and two substantial coffee breaks served in a tranquil area of the hotel's park.
The summit concluded with a lavish cocktail reception in a private section of the park, providing the perfect opportunity for guests to unwind, reflect on the meeting's outcome, and further strengthen their relationships.
