German coffee powerhouse LIST + BEISLER GmbH approached us to organise a networking cocktail event during the prestigious World of Coffee exhibition in Milan. This annual gathering, hosted by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), is the ultimate coffee exhibition, attracting industry leaders from across the globe. The challenge? To create an event as rich and complex as the finest espresso, with high networking potential.

Our Project

The first task was to find a venue that would perfectly complement the sophisticated palates of coffee connoisseurs. After carefully sifting through options, we settled on a chic lounge bar in Piazza Luigi Cadorna. This space, with its quintessential Italian design, provided the ideal backdrop for the client's exclusive meet-and-greet.

The stylish interior, reminiscent of a high-end Milanese café, set the stage for meaningful connections and stimulating conversations. No Italian aperitivo would be complete without an array of tantalising treats. We curated a menu that married tradition with innovation, featuring a delectable selection of finger foods showcasing both meat and seafood delicacies. A signature pasta dish added a touch of heartiness to the affair. To quench the thirst of the discerning guests, we offered a carefully chosen selection of red and white wines, crisp beers, and, of course, the ever-popular spritz – a must-have at any Italian social gathering.
