Client Request

After two years of pandemic-related challenges, Dyson was ready to launch a new product with an in-person event. The tech giant approached us with a clear vision: find a bright, open space to host their Dyson Digital Day event, accommodating both in-person and virtual attendees. With 30 guests and several speakers attending physically, the goal was to create a safe environment that encouraged connection. Dyson's objectives were well-defined: provide a setting for product training, unveil a new innovation, and explore social media marketing strategies. The company's progressive approach included collaborating with TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch influencers to enhance their digital presence.

Our Project

We were thrilled to assist Dyson in finding the perfect venue. We quickly identified a versatile space near Milan's famous Duomo. The venue's expansive windows flooded the space with natural light, highlighting its architectural features and creating an atmosphere of openness and innovation—a perfect match for Dyson's brand philosophy. To elevate the experience, we collaborated with our trusted catering partners, renowned for their innovative culinary creations. Their approach to nourishing guests through food complemented this gathering of minds and technology.

Outcome

The event's success was immediately apparent, with Dyson eager to partner with us for their upcoming Dyson Summer Summit. This follow-up event, held on the 5th of July, celebrated the company's achievements in the first half of the year and set the stage for future goals. The chosen venue's minimalist elegance reflected Dyson's sleek brand image and met the client's high standards.
