Celebrating the Magic: Disney's 'Beauty and the Beast' Premiere Transforms Milan's Historic Palace into an Enchanted Castle

When Disney approached us to plan the Italian premiere of their live-action remake of "Beauty and the Beast", the team knew they had to create an experience as magical as the film itself. The goal was to transport guests into the heart of the story, capturing the essence of the enchanted castle where Belle's adventure unfolds.

Our Project

After careful consideration, a stunning historical palace in Milan was selected as the venue. This architectural gem, with its ornate façades and grand halls, perfectly echoed the film's opulent setting, whisking attendees away to a bygone era of courtly splendour.

But a magical evening isn't just about the location—it's about immersing guests in a complete sensory experience. To that end, a French-inspired catering menu was curated that paid homage to the film's setting. Guests savoured an array of authentic delicacies, from crusty baguettes and pungent French cheeses to delicate brioches and tangy mustards, all whilst sipping on carefully crafted cocktails.

The evening began with a dazzling red carpet arrival, where household names of Italian cinema and television made their grand entrances. This star-studded affair lent an air of prestige to the event, elevating it beyond a simple film screening to a true cinematic celebration. As the night unfolded, guests were treated to a special welcome reception before settling in for the main event—the film itself. The fusion of Hollywood glamour and Milanese sophistication created an unforgettable atmosphere, leaving attendees spellbound.
