Caredent approached us to plan their first-ever Italian convention, "The Future is Today", asking us to deliver an experience that would embody their forward-thinking spirit.

Our Project

As event planners, we're always seeking ways to innovate and create unforgettable moments. This time, we decided to take the event to the 47th floor of one of Milan's tallest skyscrapers in the trendy CityLife district. Dental specialists and top Caredent store managers were treated to panoramic city views as they ascended in the lifts, setting the stage for an extraordinary event. The convention aimed to unify specialists and inform them about the latest trends and innovations in dentistry for 2019. The sleek, modern space provided the ideal backdrop for discussions on advancing patient care and service. To complement the stunning location, we curated a catering experience celebrating Milan's culinary heritage. Guests sampled exquisite local delicacies while enjoying the bird's-eye view—a unique fusion of tradition and modernity mirroring Caredent's ethos.

Outcome

The result was an event that left attendees in awe, thanks to the seamless integration of location, content, and cuisine. It proved that sometimes, to envision the future, a change in perspective is exactly what's needed.
